CAPP is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our sales team. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and a path to grow into a commission-based sales position within a family-owned company.

You will engage with customers, process orders, handle refunds and exchanges, and help match customers with the right HVAC, electrical, and plumbing solutions. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred; HVAC or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations, order assistance, and answer queries with a smile.
