Pacific Supply is hiring an entry-level Service Representative to assist customers with orders and inquiries. Under the Branch Manager, you will input orders, operate the cash register, and share Saturday opening on a rotating basis. Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Preferred but not required: 6 months in customer service, excellent telephone etiquette, and solid written/verbal communication. Benefits and competitive compensation are offered.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service position.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and assist all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Input orders accurately into the computer system and operate the cash register to finalize transactions.
• Shares Saturday opening of store on rotating basis.
