Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
• Experience or training using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls from customers and assists or routes calls to the appropriate person.
• Maintains good customer relations and ensures calls meet company standards.
• Resolves customer concerns by phone, email, Chat, including billing questions, ETA, scheduling, and product inquiries.
• Clarifies issues, researches solutions, and escalates when needed.
• Updates customer records and dispositions calls in software.
• Adheres to CPI compliance when taking payments over the phone.
• Supports scheduling accuracy with dispatch and capacity planning.
• Communicates service call status to customers and assists with dispatching as needed.
