Job summary

City of New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board seeks an entry-level customer service representative for a high-volume call center. Shifts may be fixed or rotating and occasional weekend work is required; emergencies may require overtime. A 1-year probationary period applies.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
