White Lodging is hiring a Culinary team member to train as a Culinarian and perform essential cook duties in a hospitality setting. You will follow F&B procedures, health guidelines, and proper food handling to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining food and labor costs, checking freshness, and adhering to recipes while contributing to guest satisfaction and teamwork across the kitchen and service areas.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and stand for long periods.
• Culinary education or apprenticeship is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Train as a Culinarian and learn the full cook duties.
• Follow F&B procedures, health regulations, and federal guidelines.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures.
