White Lodging is seeking an entry-level cook to join a professional hotel kitchen in Louisville. This role is ideal for recent culinary graduates or career changers and offers hands-on training with no prior restaurant experience required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery.

• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
