Intervention, Inc. seeks a Community Corrections Specialist in Henderson, CO for an entry-level role in our residential facility. You will support justice-involved adults reentering the community and receive full paid training.

This 2nd shift position offers a clear career path into probation, parole, and case management, with benefits and opportunities to advance within Intervention, Inc. No prior experience required; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor facility safety with routine rounds and headcounts.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins and sign-outs.
• Administer urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate shift logbooks and incident reports.
• Support reentry by guiding residents on guidelines and resources.
