Job summary

Intervention Inc. in Golden, CO is hiring a Criminal Justice Case Manager II (Male) to provide probation case management for a specialized male caseload, applying behavioral change techniques and monitoring compliance.

You will assess client needs, develop individualized supervision plans, document interactions, coordinate with courts and community resources, travel to jail as needed, and testify when required. The role offers training, benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Substitution: relevant work experience can replace degree on a year-for-year basis.
• At least 1 year of case management experience in criminal justice, community corrections, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate case files for each client.
• Develop and implement individualized supervision plans.
• Meet with clients to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Explain probation conditions and expectations to clients.
• Document all contacts and prepare required reports.
