Responsibilities

• Generate new business with 60+ cold calls per day, schedule meetings and participate in events.
• Provide guidance to clients on investment goals, valuations, acquisitions and sales.
• Perform property evaluations, including BOVs and market research.
• Stay updated on local market conditions and industry trends.
• Promote exclusive listings to qualified buyers.
• Develop client connections and expand professional network.
• Negotiate exclusive listings, LOIs, and PSAs.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
