Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and coachability are essential.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or related field.
• Real estate license preferred but not required to interview; in-process or active license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through client outreach and relationship building.
• Research market data and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Attend networking events to build your pipeline and professional presence.
• Advise clients on real estate investment strategies aligned with their goals.
