Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Alabama is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own the candidate search for non-sales roles across the organization. You’ll oversee sourcing, phone screens, and the full interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and documenting progress in Avature.

No prior experience is required as we provide a best-in-class paid training program, with a base salary starting at $45,000 plus a $20,000 annual bonus target and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
