Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking an Entry Level Cook (Cook 1) for multiple dining venues at Choctaw Casino & Resort Durant. This is a hands-on kitchen role in a high-volume setting, under the guidance of experienced culinary leaders.

You'll prepare ingredients, cook using a variety of methods, ensure proper seasoning, food safety, and adherence to recipes and sanitation standards. This is a great entry point to grow kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
• 6 months of culinary experience OR equivalent culinary education/experience
