White Lodging in Plaza San Antonio is hiring a Culinarian apprentice to learn the full cook’s duties and advance through on-the-job training.

You’ll follow F&B procedures, health regulations, and recipes while contributing to guest satisfaction. This on-site role includes benefits starting day one and opportunities to grow within our portfolio of hotels and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of preparation equipment.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
• Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
