Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, and Word
• AutoCAD and Procore experience a plus
• Ability to read project specifications and drawings
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Motivated self-starter with initiative
• Works well under pressure and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Permitting: applying, tracking status
• Submittals: compiling, submitting, tracking approvals
• Developing specifications for equipment and material orders
• Initiating, coordinating, updating utility locations
• Keeping project documents current and organized
• Processing project information for SES use
• Analyzing document revisions for scope changes
• Pricing change orders
• Collaborating with customers and employees at all levels
• Monitoring and responding to email correspondence
