DASMEN Residential is seeking an entry-level Project Manager for our Renovations & Construction team based out of Ramsey, NJ. You will oversee projects from start to finish, assist with planning, budgeting, and resource identification, and help ensure deadlines are met.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and attention to detail while supporting vendor coordination and workflow scheduling in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish and ensure alignment with scope.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and identifying needed resources.
• Prepare workflow schedules and monitor deadlines.
• Process A/P invoices and manage petty cash and funds.
• Compile vendor quotes and ensure timely payments.
• Support day-to-day management of renovations and construction activities.
