You will monitor projects, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. This role offers growth potential within a company portfolio focused on value-driven renovations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CAD required.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp required.
• Procurement experience or familiarity preferred.
• Very organized and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to project needs.
• Attention to detail, prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring projects to ensure on-time completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and asset managers.
• Monitoring timeline and notifying management of delays or milestones.
