DASMEN Residential in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an entry-level Capex Manager for Renovations & Construction to oversee planning, budgeting, and upgrades for properties.

You will monitor projects, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. This role offers growth potential within a company portfolio focused on value-driven renovations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CAD required.
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp required.
• Procurement experience or familiarity preferred.
• Very organized and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to project needs.
• Attention to detail, prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

** This position is entry level

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborating with cross function- teams including accounting, operations, and asset managers.
• Monitor project timeline, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, notifying management of any delays if necessary.

Requirements:

• Basic Knowledge of CAD
• Basic Knowledge of Sketch up
