DASMEN Residential is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our Ramsey, NJ headquarters. The role focuses on processing payments, applying them to resident accounts in Yardi, and generating regular collections reports.

You will collaborate with Property Managers and the Accounting team to keep accounts current and ensure accurate financial records. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in collections or accounting, strong English communication, and proficiency with financial transactions and new

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of collections/accounting experience.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience handling checks, money orders, and financial transactions.
• Must work out of the Ramsey, NJ office (no remote).

Responsibilities

• Process payments mailed to the corporate office in a timely manner.
• Apply payments to resident accounts in Yardi.
• Create weekly/monthly reports on payments and collections.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and on-site staff to keep accounts up to date.
• Collaborate with Operations and Accounting on payment collection activities.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
