DASMEN Residential seeks an entry-level Capex Manager for our Renovations & Construction team based in Ramsey, MN. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and upgrades for properties, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Collaborate with accounting, operations, and asset managers; build vendor relationships; and coordinate procurement while staying organized and detail-oriented. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive, award-winning employer.

Qualifications

• Basic CAD knowledge and ability to read construction plans.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and project drawing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and high organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and procurement.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and documents.

DASMEN Residential is looking for a Capex Manager for our Renovations & Construction team to be based out of Ramsey. NJ region. The role involves overseeing the planning, budgeting, and upgrade for properties. This position is entry level.

• Monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborating with cross function- teams including accounting, operations, and asset managers.
• Monitor project timeline, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, notifying management of any delays if necessary.
