• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field (CM or Civil Eng helpful).
• GPA of 2.8 or higher preferred.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track production rates on projects.
• Prepare estimates and assist with budget/cost control.
• Support safety management and quality control.
• Engage in business development and client relations.
• Manage field resources and coordinate with teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
