STRUCTURAL Hartford office in Cheshire, CT is seeking a Project Engineer within our PECD program, emphasizing in-field learning and development. The role builds competencies toward project management, estimating, and construction management while collaborating across teams to deliver concrete repair projects.

You will master scheduling, budgeting, safety, QC, and client relations, advancing toward leadership with structured mentorship and hands-on development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Aptitude for solving problems and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track project progress and production rates.
• Prepare estimates, budgets and cost control.
• Manage safety, quality control and field resources.
• Support business development and client relations.
