STRUCTURAL San Diego is seeking a Project Engineer as part of its Career Development program. This in-office role focuses on mastering construction skills such as scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, and quality control while building client relations.

Ideal candidates have a CM/CE degree, internships, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The PECD program aims to develop leaders for project management and construction leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CM/CE preferred.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track production rates on projects.
• Estimate project costs and assist budget control.
• Prepare budgets and manage safety and quality.
• Develop client relations and support business development.
• Direct field resources and ensure on-time completion.
