STRUCTURAL Boston is seeking a Project Engineer through its PECD program, an in-office role focused on concrete repair projects in the greater Boston area. You will be paired with mentors to learn scheduling, estimating, safety, and quality control while contributing to client relations and project delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, time management, and collaboration in a structured career path toward leadership within construction management and related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher acceptable.
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track production rates on projects.
• Assist with estimating and budget preparation; support cost control.
• Contribute to safety management and quality control.
