Job summary

Structural Technologies seeks a Project Engineer under the PECD program in the Dallas area to develop hands-on construction skills in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality, and client relations. The role offers in-field learning and mentorship to build leadership capabilities.

  • Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • At least one relevant internship experience.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Reliability in commuting from office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling and production rate tracking.
  • Assist with estimating and budget control.
  • Contribute to safety management and quality control on-site.
