STRUCTURAL in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer candidate for our PECD program designed to develop future leaders in concrete repair and strengthening. Based in our Phoenix office, the role emphasizes in-field learning, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, a 2.8+ GPA, at least one internship, and strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Team:

Our STRUCTURAL Phoenix office is located in Tempe, AZ and is primarily an in-office position. This team focuses on our core concrete repair and strengthening scopes of work on structures in the greater Arizona region.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
