Intervention Inc. is seeking an entry-level Community Corrections Specialist to work in a residential transitional facility in Henderson, CO. You will help justice-involved adults re-enter the community and support reentry efforts with guidance and training.

This role includes paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits. The position requires being male due to the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification related to observing urinalysis specimens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with routine rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer urine drug screens and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
