Job summary

REIC Rentals LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Technician (Field Service Technician) in Edmond, OK. This entry-level role offers hands-on training with experienced technicians to install, maintain, and service temporary climate control equipment at customer sites and in the shop.

Ideal candidates are recent HVAC graduates with EPA certification or the ability to obtain it, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Recent HVAC trade school graduate or equivalent technical training preferred.
• EPA Certification or the ability to obtain it (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel frequently.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload commercial HVAC rental equipment.
• Safely drive company vehicles to customer job sites.
• Assist with installation and setup of temporary HVAC equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Travel with experienced HVAC technicians to customer job sites across OK, KS, and TX.
• Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and dehumidification equipment.
• Work closely with Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to gain hands‑on field experience.
• Complete service documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing REIC Rentals.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards.
