Qualifications

• A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal license preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• Must meet background check criteria.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Train with senior technicians to service commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Navigate and use smartphones to support business systems.
• Use IVR systems and check in/out with dispatchers properly.
• Deliver and remove equipment and parts needed for service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer questions or problems effectively.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure truck stock levels.
