Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certs preferred for higher level technicians.
• Experience on generators preferred for higher level techs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and servicing of rental equipment.
• Process customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster repeat business.
• Install and connect heating equipment to gas sources and set up ductwork for temporary applications.
• Use PPE and fall protection; ensure safety at all times.
• Perform startup, service repairs, and retrieve equipment after rental.
• Recondition equipment per work instructions and store properly.
