Job summary

REIC Rentals LLC in Edmond, OK is seeking a Service Technician to ensure our rental equipment operates at peak performance both in our shop and at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and make repairs to exceed expectations while prioritizing safety.

You’ll install, test, maintain, and repair equipment, keep accurate service records, and travel as needed for field service and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC/R or related field.
• Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic).
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment in-house and at customer sites.
• Diagnose issues and resolve them, or escalate to team as needed.
• Provide hands-on customer support and train users on equipment care.
• Maintain service records using modern tools and systems.
• Travel to customer sites, participate in on-call rotations, and overtime as needed.
• Prioritize safety in all locations.
