Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. This role offers hands-on training, safety-focused work, and a pathway to career growth within a nationwide network.

You will perform on-site preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, and collaborate with a field team. Eligible candidates have a HS diploma, basic HVAC exposure, EPA Type I/II preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate with 3.5 GPA strongly preferred.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role with HVAC exposure preferred.
• EPA Certification- Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform safety procedures.
• Moderate lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints.
• Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
• Occasional weekend/night work.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Uses technical abilities to maintain systems.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner daily and follow safety measures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Education

High School diploma or GED

HVAC Trade school graduate

EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal

NATE certification

Valid Driver’s License
