Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrations at customer sites, while documenting work and ensuring safety standards.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with occasional travel and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–6 years hands-on Commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Occasional weekend or night work and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Handle basic to moderately complex HVAC issues; refer advanced problems.
• Use experience to determine service requirements and actions.
• Advise manager on preventive maintenance inspections and actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible to overtime and weekend hours as required.
