Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and ship collateral files.
• Execute, save, and upload bailee letters into the client system.
• Ensure safekeeping and secure storage of original documents.
• Send collateral files to successor counsel, co-counsel, or client.
• Stack, scan, and image original collateral loan documents.
• Upload scanned images into the system of record.
• Create collateral packages verifying all documents are present.
• Audit packages for signatures and loan-level data accuracy.
• Update system of record with dates, tracking numbers, notations.
