Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an Entry Level Legal Assistant to join its Collateral Services Department. The role emphasizes organizing, auditing, and processing collateral files in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and ship collateral files.
• Upload bailee letters into the client system.
• Ensure safekeeping and secure storage of original documents.
• Send collateral files to successor counsel, co-counsel, or to the client after the resolution of foreclosure.
• Stack, scan, and image original collateral loan documents.
• Upload scanned images into the system of record.
• Create collateral packages verifying all necessary documents are present.
• Audit collateral packages confirming signatures are present and loan-level data is accurate.
• Update system of record with key information (dates, tracking numbers, notations).
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by department leadership.
