Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and ship collateral files.
• Execute, save, and upload bailee letters into the client system to confirm receipt of collateral files.
• Ensure the safekeeping and secure storage of original documents.
• Send collateral files to successor counsel, co-counsel, or to the client upon resolution of foreclosure actions.
• Stack, scan, and image original collateral loan documents.
• Upload scanned images into the system of record.
• Create collateral packages verifying all necessary documents are present.
• Audit collateral packages confirming signatures are present and loan-level data is accurate.
• Update system of record with key information such as dates, tracking numbers, and notations.
