Job summary

Adams Clinical is a rapidly growing clinical trial site network seeking an entry-level Clinical Research Assistant in Philadelphia. You will gain hands-on experience in trial operations, patient interaction, data management, and regulatory compliance under supervision.

The role focuses on supporting site activities, coordinating visits, collecting data, and ensuring study documentation meets ICH-GCP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior clinical research experience required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office emphasized.
• Willingness to perform phlebotomy and clinical procedures as trained.

Responsibilities

• Support study start-up activities, including supply inventory and site initiation readiness.
• Screen potential participants and collect basic demographic and medical information for eligibility.
• Schedule visits, prepare source documentation, labs and case report forms.
• Communicate with participants, coordinate transportation and appointments.
• Assist with on-site visits, vital signs, ECGs and specimen collection as trained.
• Maintain ALCOA+-compliant source documents and assist with data entry in EDC systems.
• Keep study binders, logs and tracks updated; support supply management.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and IP accountability under supervision.
