The role focuses on patient interaction, source documentation, and collaboration with CRCs to ensure study quality and regulatory readiness. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior clinical research experience needed; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must; willingness to perform phlebotomy as trained.

Responsibilities

• Support study start-up activities and site readiness.
• Assist with participant screening and collection of demographics and history.
• Schedule visits, coordinate transportation, and maintain participant communication.
• Perform basic study tasks including vital signs, ECGs, and specimen handling as trained.
