Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior clinical research experience is required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to perform phlebotomy and clinical procedures as trained.

Responsibilities

• Support study start-up activities, including supply inventory and site initiation readiness.
• Assist with participant screening workflows and collect basic demographics and medical history information.
• Schedule and prepare for participant visits; manage source prep, lab kits, and CRFs.
• Serve as a participant liaison—confirm appointments and coordinate transportation.
• Escort participants during visits; perform vital signs, ECGs, and specimen collection as trained.
• Maintain ALCOA+-compliant source documentation and perform data entry into EDC systems.
