Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software; CTMS/eCRF familiarity is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to read and apply clinic policies and research protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist study team with recruitment and communicating study requirements.
• Screen subjects for eligibility using protocol criteria and document outcomes.
• Register participants in CTMS to ensure proper billing and tracking.
• Enter visit data in eCRF/CTMS daily or as directed.
• Maintain study files and source documentation in compliance with sponsor policies.
• Protect the rights and welfare of participants per regulations.
• Coordinate with sponsors, participants, and site management to support study conduct.
