Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares specimens according to standard protocols.
• Performs laboratory tests and calculations for diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs quality control procedures and evaluates test results.
• Calibrates, maintains and monitors analytical equipment.
• Performs phlebotomy as appropriate.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
