Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician to join our sample receiving department. The role involves driving to client offices, receiving and processing samples, and assembling client kit materials in a fast-paced environmental testing laboratory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills with a preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves - all provided by Pace).

Responsibilities

• Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
• Unload and receive client samples.
• Triage client samples. Determine what type of samples are received.
• Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
• Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines and instructions.
• Maintain and stock supplies to meet client sample kit demands.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the office.
