Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
• Demonstrate attentiveness and reliability in task execution.
• Proactively identify support needs and seek guidance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assists with typing, transcribing, and revising documents.
• Makes meeting and travel arrangements; creates itineraries for travelers.
• Prepares expense statements and reimbursement requests.
• Enters billable time and revises time entries and prebills.
• Provides on-site support including mailing, copying, printing, and scanning.
