Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler in Beverly, MA for a contract-to-hire role. You will assemble neurosurgical sponges on a production line, following detailed work instructions in a controlled cleanroom environment.

The role requires a steady hand, strong attendance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Schedule is weekdays, with a typical shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in a fully onsite setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in cleanroom or medical device production preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble neurosurgical sponges in a cleanroom environment using thread and sewing needle.
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs to complete each assembly step accurately.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks on a medical device production line while maintaining focus and quality.
• Use hand tools and sewing techniques to join materials precisely and securely.
• Inspect assembled components visually to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.
• Handle materials to avoid contamination or damage.
• Document work as required and follow production and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily production goals.
