Qualifications

• 4–6+ months in medical manufacturing or small part work.
• 4–6+ months of microscope experience.
• Strong hand dexterity and steady work.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with coil winding, laser welding, and medical device assembly.

Responsibilities

• Work with coil winding machines to assemble medical components.
• Inspect and manipulate wires using microscopes about 30-50% of the time.
• Perform deburring and inspection of parts in the molding area.
• Utilize small hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, and filers in CEA assembly.
• Operate laser welding machines to finish small medical components.
• Manage automated presses and stamping machines in the implantable housings area.
• Follow written work instructions and use machines to aid in assemblies.
• Sit or stand for 8 hours a day as required by different processes.
