Aerotek is seeking a Clean Room Assembler for a contract position based in Chicopee, MA. The role involves assembling components into sub-assemblies and completed units in a controlled cleanroom, following clearly defined SOPs.

Responsibilities include performing repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks, using microscopes and cleanroom tools, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. On-site work with competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or warehouse environments.
• Ability to follow clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods.
• Strong attention to detail when handling small components.
• Ability to work under close supervision with review for accuracy.
• Willingness to seek supervisor approval for deviations from procedures.
• Adherence to cleanroom standards and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into assemblies, sub-assemblies, or completed units by following SOPs.
• Perform both repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks with attention to detail.
• Use microscopes and other cleanroom tools to complete assembly work as required.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per defined specifications.
• Adhere to all quality guidelines, cleanroom protocols, and procedures.
• Maintain required licenses, training, and certifications relevant to the role.
• Report issues or deviations to the supervisor before proceeding.
• Follow documented procedures to ensure reliable production outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe, organized environment.
