Responsibilities

• Proactively investigate, evaluate and resolve multi-line property and liability claims.
• Make timely initial contact with parties involved in the claim.
• Accurately evaluate policy coverage by applying policy terms.
• Forecast reserves and monitor reserve adequacy.
• Interview claimants, obtain statements, photos and documents.
• Maintain thorough claim file documentation and activity logs.
• Identify potentially fraudulent claims and refer to SIU.
• Participate in storm claims duty as needed.
