24Restore is seeking an entry-level Client Services Coordinator to join the Claims Department. You’ll support homeowners through the claims process and learn to prepare repair estimates with our software. No prior claims experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing coaching.

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow, this is a great place to start your career. You’ll work in a full-time role (40+ hours per week), with paid training and leadership coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to create and submit repair estimates using company software.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Track and follow up on claims to keep them moving forward.
• Keep accurate records of calls, emails, and documentation.
• Support the Claims team in solving problems and ensuring timely resolution.
