Job summary

Halff seeks new graduates for a Civil Engineer position in the Land Development group in Bentonville, AR. You will assist in designing land and site development projects under the supervision of a Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities include assisting in plans, specs, cost estimates, CAD drafting, design calculations, permit documents, and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and contractors. PE oversight ensures mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• FE exam passed.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects.
• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
