Halff in Frisco, TX is seeking a Civil Engineer new graduate (Dec 2026 or May 2027) to join our Land Development group and work under a PE on design and planning of land and site development projects.

You will assist with plans, specifications, cost estimates, drafting CAD work, and permit applications, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and contractors. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Familiarity with the FE exam and licensure tracks.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and planning of land development projects.
• Prepare plans, specs, and cost estimates under supervision.
• Perform drafting CAD work and basic analyses.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors.
