Job summary

Halff seeks new graduates for a Civil Engineer position in the Land Development group in Bentonville, AR. You will assist in designing land and site development projects under the supervision of a Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities include assisting in plans, specs, cost estimates, CAD drafting, design calculations, permit documents, and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and contractors. PE oversight ensures mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• FE exam passed.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D advantageous.

Job description

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development group, in Bentonville, AR. This position will assist in the design/planning land and site development projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE.

What You Will Do
